Damaged Package or Bicycle<\/h2>\n

1. Find your tracking number (12 numbers).
\n2. Do not throw out the damaged bicycle box.
\n3. Take a picture of all six sides of the damaged box. Show any damage to the box.
\nVery Important: show all inner packaging material bubble wrap, newspaper,<\/em>
\n cardboard or foam.<\/em>
