Packaging Guidelines and Dimensional Size Policy
At this time, we do not accept containers made of wood, cloth, plastic, or metal, as these cases are typically designed for airline transit and are not compatible with our shipping program.

We can ship new or used cardboard bicycle boxes that are within the following limits:
  • Maximum weight: 80 pounds
  • Maximum single side dimension: 108 inches
  • Maximum dimensional size: 158 inches

To calculate the dimensional size of your box, measure the length, height and width. Then apply the following formula:

Dimensional Size = Length + (2 × Width) + (2 × Height)

For example, if a box is 40" long, 10" wide, and 8" high, the dimensional size would be 40 + 20 + 16 = 76 inches.


Important E-Bikes Notice
All electric bicycles must have the batteries installed in the bicycle. We do not ship lithium-ion batteries separately. Electric bicycles with lithium-ion batteries cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii."


Important Packaging Notice
Any additional UPS charges resulting from incorrect measurements will be billed automatically to your credit card. Packages that exceed the 158-inch dimensional limit will incur a $1,875 UPS penalty, which will also be billed automatically to your credit card. Please measure carefully and always round up to the nearest inch.
