Dear Customers,

Effective Oct 1, 2024, if you would like to use your own new or used cardboard container then the ship to or ship from address must match your charge card information. If you are using one of our shipbikes.com containers purchased in the last year, there are no restrictions on the ship to or ship from address. For questions, please call us at 1-708-383-2433.

We are a consumer based service, therefore bicycle shops and manufacturers may pack the bicycles, but the consumers must pay all shipping charges.


IMPORTANT NOTIFICATIONS:

Any box that exceeds the UPS dimensional limit (160 total inches) will incur a $1,450 UPS handling fee that will be billed to your credit card automatically. For accuracy and security your encrypted charge card information is held on file for 30 days by our processing company Authorize.Net and then deleted.

I understand that entering incorrect dimensions or weight can cause the package to be returned to the sender and/or result in additional handling fees (We suggest always to round up each dimension to the next inch).


The limit is 1 shipment per 30 day period
