Requirements to File a FedEx Claim

Lost Package or Bicycle

1. Find your tracking number (12 digits).
2. Find your bicycle sales receipt or proof of actual value.

4. To submit a claim:
Go To FedEx to File a Claim >
5. Print a copy of your claim details for your records.

Damaged Package or Bicycle

1. Find your tracking number (12 numbers).
2. Do not throw out the damaged bicycle box.
3. Take a picture of all six sides of the damaged box. Show any damage to the box.
Very Important: show all inner packaging material bubble wrap, newspaper,
cardboard or foam.

4. Take pictures of the damaged or broken parts.

7. Attach an estimate for repair and all photos.
8. Print a copy of your claim details for your records.
