The XL3 BikeBox No. 3691 is a premium shipping container designed for e-bikes, fat bikes, dual-suspension bicycles, and large downhill mountain bikes with 26–29 inch wheels. Constructed from rugged 275 BC double-wall corrugated cardboard and equipped with the Thru2-S2 steel fork-mounting 
system, the XL3 absorbs shocks to help protect both carbon and alloy frames during shipping. Packing is simple: remove the front wheel and pedals, lower the seat, and turn or remove the handlebars. Airline compliant, the box measures 68 × 14 × 32 inches and supports up to 100 pounds for UPS and FedEx shipping and 70 pounds for airline travel. Made in the USA, the XL3 includes a 1-year box shell guarantee and a lifetime warranty on metal components. The empty box weighs 20 pounds, and under normal use most customers get 6 to 8 shipping trips per unit, depending on handling and shipping conditions.
